Why can't I upload my pictures?

The pictures you are trying to upload are probably too big. There is no need to upload very large pictures, as they are resized to 600 x 800 when displayed on our website anyway. The system can handle pictures up to the following limits:

Dimensions:        3000 x 3000 pixels
Size:                   Under 5 Mb

Within these limits, clickable thumbnails appear on your ad's page, as follows:

Unfortunately, pictures larger than 3000 x 3000px or 5Mb cannot be resized and are not properly handled here. Pending the browser you are using you may see different results.  

Firefox: Large pictures simply won’t show

IE: Large pictures show as icons. If you click on an icon, you get to see the picture, but it's nice to have the thumbnail, isn't it? Please don't upload larges pictures.
