- Inspections and repairs will take place in residence starting April 30.
- Any items left behind will be disposed of as garbage.
- Costs will be charged if you leave the place in a state that requires repairs or cleaning. Consult your residence agreement for details.

- Moving out for good in the Spring? You must vacate by 9:00 a.m. on May 1st.
- Do you need to sublet?
- Do not overload your laundry card unless you come back in September (the card will still work).
- Put the furniture back in place, and take down all decorative items from the walls.
- Cooperate with the housekeeping crew and keep the place clean for the people moving in.
- Return your rental appliances and cancel all subscriptions.

Administrative services - for all residents: sublet agreements, residence agreements, residence fees payments, reservation deposits.
Facilities - access card and keys, parking, boxes, carts. Also for residents living at Hyman Soloway, when the HS reception is closed.

Key Return - After hours, please turn in your keys in an envelope with your name and unit and room numbers clearly written on it. Insert your envelope in the key box located at the right of the door, at 102-100 Thomas More.
If the building door is locked, please leave your keys with Protection Services, 141 Louis Pasteur.
To obtain keys after hours, go to Protection Services, 141 Louis Pasteur.
Parking Info - April 27 - May 1, meters near the residences and the Louis-Pasteur Mall are reserved for people moving in or out.
Free parking at the Brooks Garage on Apr. 28-29.
