ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCES - Due to the changes made to parking lot K, next to the residential complex, we have to rearrange the circulations path to the residences.
- On Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28, Lot K will be reserved for people moving out of 90U. Campus entrance : Cumberland.
- Stanton and Marchand: Parking in lot X, next to the FSS Building. Carts will easily roll through the back doors of the residence, on University Pr. Campus entrance: Marie-Curie.
- Thompson and LeBlanc: Parking areas: Copernicus St, University Pr (in front of Thompson) and at the back of LeBlanc. Campus entrance: Thomas More.
- Parking
- Brooks and Perez Garages - free access on April 27-28.
- Lot K, Lot X, and parking areas on Copernicus, Louis Pasteur and University Pr are free. You need a temporary parking permit (1 hour), available at the reception.
- Consult the map and share the info with your parents.

INSPECTIONS - We charge for damages that are deemed beyond normal wear and tear. If such is the case when we inspect your room or unit, you will be notified personally.

- Do not reload your laundry card.
- Put your bedroom furniture back in place.
- Check with the Front Desk to have access to your belongings stored in the basement.
- Items left behind will be disposed of as garbage. You know better, don't you? Dump & Run!
- Return your rental appliances and cancel all subscriptions. Coldex will come and pick up all the fridges after you have left. Please empty and clean your fridge. Leave it plugged.
- Return your access card and keys to the Front Desk.

IMPORTANT DATES
- April 26: summer occupants (sublet) can start moving in.
- April 27-28: many residents will be moving out.
- April 30, 9 p.m.: check out time if someone is taking over your room.
- May 1, starting at 1:00 p.m.: room changes and incoming residents move in.

ACCESS TO THE RESIDENCES
- Brooks: The Louis Pasteur pedestrian mall will be open (one way) on the 27-28 April weekend. Campus entrance via Marie Curie.
Free parking in the Brooks garage.
- It is strictly forbidden to stop or park on King Edward St.
- Hyman Soloway: Loading zone at the back. via Laurier, Cumberland and Wilbrod St.
Free parking on the lot next to the church on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, from 1:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You risk a ticket if you park outside these hours. You can also use lots B and C (entrance on Stewart).
- Parking will be free on April 27-28 in the Brooks and the Perez underground garages.

SUMMER OCCUPANTS REGISTRATION
Summer occupants subletting from residents must all be registered with Housing, failing which access will be denied. Handing your card key directly wouldn't work, as all the codes will be changed sometime in early May.

- Cooperate with the housekeeping crew and keep the place clean for the people moving in.
- Return your access card and your keys to the Housing Office, even if you sublet your place to a summer occupant.
- Do not leave anything behind! It will be thrown away. tout! Too much stuff? Dump it in the bike shed in the court yard Dump & Run!

After hours, Hyman Soloway residents can go to Brooks for service.
Key Return - After hours, please drop your keys in your residence Key box. Use an envelope with your name, unit and room numbers clearly written on it.
Brooks: 102-100 Thomas More. If the building door is locked, please leave your keys with Protection Services, 141 Louis Pasteur.
Hyman Soloway: 101-157 Laurier
