Do you need help from an expert?
Most deficiencies can be repaired quickly but sometimes a little more time is required. Please notify us as soon as you see something that is not quite up to par. The sooner you submit your request, the sooner it will be fixed. It is important to make sure the situation does not worsen. This is especially important when it comes to:
- plumbing
- electrical systems
- elevators
- insects and other pests
- any threat to residents' safety
When decorating your room, make sure not to damage anything. Don't paint the walls or alter the finishes. Quick fixes won't do; call the experts. When in doubt, consult your reception desk staff.
Assistance can be obtained by phone in many cases. Otherwise, simply visit your reception desk.
